Our reception is staffed from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Outside reception hours the reception can be reached by phone.
Children are warmly welcomed. We provide a changing table and child seats. Cots are available on request (0 - 3 years).
Unfortunately, our hotel is not suitable for pets.
Our hotel and our bar are barrier-free. We have a wheelchair accessible room and six rooms for the visually impaired.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm - 9 pm. If you wish to arrive before 3pm, you can of course leave your luggage with us and receive your Baselcard. For late arriving guests after 9 pm we offer a "late check-in service", please let us know if you would like to use this service. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am.
We recommend the Claramatte car park, which is only 300 metres away. We are also pleased to offer you a discounted parking card there for CHF 20 per day. However, we only have a limited number of cards, so please indicate this in the comments field when booking or contact us by email/phone.
